Refer yourself via the self-referral form and a mental health first aider will speak to you in school.
If you have significant concerns about your mental health, it's always best to speak to a trained medical professional. Please contact your GP Surgery or NHS 111. If you are in danger or may cause yourself significant harm call 999.

Remember that if the first support that you try does not help, there are so many other options and people who want to help you. Never give up, as all feelings pass eventually and brighter days are ahead.
