Our Year 10 BTEC Music 🎵 #students, alongside a group of aspiring Year 9 musicians, last night enjoyed a fantastic trip to Coalesce a brilliant local gig 🎤 hosted by MusicFusion at the Portsmouth Guildhall Coalesce provides a safe space for young artists to experience performing on a proper stage, complete with professional sound and lighting. The event showcased an incredible diversity of genres, treating our students to everything from pop and musical theatre to high-energy punk and metal. The atmosphere was incredibly inspiring, and the live music truly struck a chord with everyone who attended. Havant Academy is officially a phone free space ⛔️📱 🔒 This week we introduced #YONDR pouches to our school and #students to help our students disconnect from their screens and be ready for learning 💡 Change isn’t always easy, but we are absolutely thrilled to share how successful this transition has been and how cooperative the students have been. Good luck to all our Year 11 this morning in their maths exam #youvegothis 👍🏼 Students were able to help themselves to #breakfast items this morning prior their exam.
